"Ridiculous reservation system for the hotel restaurants. It simply does not work. Always says everything is fully booked and tables are empty. People make reservations and they don't use them. Doesn't say a lot about the kind of people that stay here."

It was our first time going to a Riu hotel and we will certainly be going back, I work in hospitality so I know how hard...
