"We stayed at the family tree top tent for 5 nights and it was an amazing experience. Nekajui's location is absolutely prime, and the wildlife outside our tent and around the property was unreal! They assign a Mantu to help you schedule reservations and ours was very helpful. The service for a Ritz Carlton Reserve however, could be a bit better at times. Sometimes service can be a bit slow, especially by the main pool. We also had a pretty good sized plunge pool but it was only cleaned when...

"We got this hotel because our flight was canceled and I am glad we went here. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and the staff went beyond expectations..they kept the restaurant open a bit longer for us because we came in late and made us sandwich’s in the morning because we had to get to the airport very early. The room was comfortable and the shower was amazing. I am glad we found this hotel and would stay again."

The shuttle service needs improvements. The resort is very hilly, and shuttles are slow at peak times. The entertainment leaves a little to be desired. Overall, a great stay. "The bed was not good as it is very soft and older. Rest all is well, kitchen has no salt etc so you need to buy all from scratch to cook but they have all utensils."
