"We stayed at the family tree top tent for 5 nights and it was an amazing experience. Nekajui's location is absolutely prime, and the wildlife outside our tent and around the property was unreal! They assign a Mantu to help you schedule reservations and ours was very helpful. The service for a Ritz Carlton Reserve however, could be a bit better at times. Sometimes service can be a bit slow, especially by the main pool. We also had a pretty good sized plunge pool but it was only cleaned when...

"Ocotal B&B is a clean and well maintained small hotel. It's a few minutes from Ocotal beach and close to Coco. Geldy was very nice and friendly to us. She helped us get wonderful tours and with transportation included. Also, the breakfast is great and the lady that makes it is so nice."

"The workers were great, friendly and helpful. The room was incredibly small, we had the room with two twin beds. The space between the beds was about a foot. Two people could not stand in that space. Incredibly difficult for two people to maneuver around in."

"We got this hotel because our flight was canceled and I am glad we went here. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and the staff went beyond expectations..they kept the restaurant open a bit longer for us because we came in late and made us sandwich’s in the morning because we had to get to the airport very early. The room was comfortable and the shower was amazing. I am glad we found this hotel and would stay again."

Once the dinner closes you have no other options. No entertainment on the property whatsoever. The rooms are old and outdated. Apparently this resort is having some financial issues. we had to go to the market and buy sandwich meat and bread in case we got hungry later in the evening. I do not recommend this...
