We had the pleasure of taking a winter vacation in Nuevo Vallarta where the sunsets can be spectacular.

79 degree. Perfect getaway. It's snowing and icy in the northwest so it's perfect timing for me and my girlfriend to escape to Nuevo Vallarta. The weather is warm but not too humid. Food, especially street food is amazing. 12 to 15 pesos for a fresh made taco! That's less than 75 cents!!
