"Overall clean and simple hotel. A little far out from the city central and driving to and from was a little annoying because of how the streets in Mexico are. The pool could be a tad warmer, straight up freezing cold water. Elevator to parking wasn’t working only stairs. No fridge in room, laundry needs to be reserved. Otherwise you get what you need and good to go. Standard basic hotels. I would recommend dining outside though, hotel food not worth the price."

"Excellent hotel! The location is perfect and within walking distance everything in centro histórico. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from, and the coffee bar was a wonderful bonus. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was outstanding. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"The national teachers union had thousands of their members staying in tents around the hotel and the surrounding area. They were justifiably unhappy about their scandalously low wages and changes to their pensions. The protesters were exceptionally nice people and the hotel staff maintained a respectful atmosphere in a challenging environment. I can’t say enough nice things about the young man who carried my bag for two blocks to pick up my Uber to the airport. Terrific service on his part. Belle Artes should be proud of their entire staff that showed up for work every day.Im sure it wasn’t easy. From housekeeping to the front desk;great job! Richard"

"We were delighted to spend one night at this glorious hotel! A throw back in time with a beautiful stained glass ceiling and the feeling of opulence all around. Nothing makes you feel more alive than waking up in the middle of the historic district right next to the grand plaza. Taking breakfast in the Terrace reserved just for hotel guests overlooking the National Palace was a welcome treat. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Having this beautiful hotel as an outpost with a busy day in the historic district was perfect! Lovely staff, exceptional service- all around impressive."

"The room and bathroom were clean, and the housekeeping staff was very polite. The entire staff was friendly, especially the restaurant team, who provided excellent service. The front desk staff was courteous; however, they were not very helpful in accommodating our request to have all three rooms for our group located together. Despite my request, we were assigned rooms on three different floors. We were told the hotel was fully booked, but it did not appear to be the case. The main drawbacks were the lack of a refrigerator in the room and the shower. The water pressure was low, and the showerhead caused water to splash everywhere, making it uncomfortable to use. Overall, the staff was pleasant and the hotel was clean, but a few improvements would make the stay much more enjoyable."

"Room was very clean, we were a couple and was only one coffee cup and one bottle of water, when asked for a second first night no problem next day different front desk attendant told us “ I will give you this time but keep in mind that is one bottle per bed” Breakfast the best part, food hot very good assortment staff very attentive. Excellent for the price. Will comeback."
