"Our room was spacious and clean. The shade was broken, so didn't get to have any sunlight, but it was a quick overnight stay and not a big deal. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. So many choices and everyone was happy. Loved my chat with the night desk fella when I checked in. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. I would for sure go back."

"Ants everywhere! Dirty Sheets with visible stains! Tiny, barely usable fitness center. No vent in the bathroom, so after the shower the area is a sauna steam bath. Iron broken and leaking all over my clothes. Fridge worked; nice, big windows; great AC; friendly staff. Would not come back if I had a choice though."

"We had a great stay here. Highly recommend the large (total of 4 beds) family room, it was a great value. The indoor pool, onsite coin operated laundry, free continental breakfast (it's simple, but it does the job, AND they have the self serve waffle iron that everyone loves), free parking, and convenient access (next to a Walmart) make this hotel hard to beat when staying in the Troy area."

"The only thing that I see being a problem is the showers have no borders. I took a shower, when I finished I noticed there was standing water on the floor, had to throw a few towel down to dry it up. Other than that, the hotel and my room were very nice!"

"Our room was very clean and exactly as advertised. The pool was a tad small, but clean and we thoroughly enjoyed it. I also used the gym which had plenty of equipment and machines to get a good workout in. Breakfast had several options to choose from allowing us to find something for all 5 of us. Definitely would stay again."

"The night shift desk clerk was so amazing. The address from Expedia wasn’t jiving with my GPS and so I called tired. She walked me step by step through the final turns. Everyone I interacted during my overnight stay was very helpful. I felt very safe and secure. Would highly recommend this hotel to travelers or guests."

"The stay was beyond our expectations. Neither of us had ever stayed at a Fairfield Inn, but we had a great experience. The hotel was easy to access and close to where we needed to be. The room was very clean and comfortable. Our regret was that we did not bring swimwear to enjoy the indoor pool. The breakfast was more than we could ever want and definitely more than we needed to eat! We were extremely happy with our choice!"

"I have to say the Motif on Music row was one of the most amazing experiences I've had Hotel wise we were there for the CMA Festival and it was our first time attending the festival in Nashville which is a huge deal we had no idea where we were going how we were going to get there or get back the staff was most gracious and guiding us throughout her stay they also provided a free shuttle to and from Broadway and the return trip was dependent upon what time you chose to return the last shuttle...

"This hotel overall was very good. Clean and efficient for the price. The staff were excellent and very helpful. I had some toilet plumbing and staff helped me resolve it myself, but called the maintenance the next day. The breakfast was good. Carpet and rooms needs updating because it’s old looking and dingy. They try to clean and maintain it and it was sweet smelling disinfectant when I checked in. My bed was comfortable and when I asked for fresher sheets the staff remade my bed, exceptional...

"Well we first had a pile of towels and washcloths right by our door in the hallway all night. The floor made your feet completely black. The smell of Marijuana was throughout the whole hotel and was pretty strong. The lady at the desk would be gone for over an hour while we were trying to get some coffee cups. I rarely ever complain about places but this was totally out of left field and we stay at Extended Stays all over. Totally not even worth it."
