"Great hotel but bring your own pillows , the pillows in the bed are small squares and are very firm ."

"Breakfast buffet ok. Dinner overpriced - microwaved. No real room service. Contact w front desk not possible by phone- got unreturned voicemail. No cash in hotel (for tips). ATM not working. Staff in restaurant very nice and attentive. But front desk was incompetent and unresponsive. Quite disappointed. "

"Paid for King room with balcony through Expedia but wasn’t given that room. Made enquiry about this and was told that Expedia over booked the room with balcony, but wasn’t told this at time of check In. Received this information the following day. was only told this the following day after I called the front desk. No apologies made Friendly staff. Clean room, bathroom, hallways were also clean. However, the hotel must do a better job of ensuring their NO Smoking policy is adhered to. Guest should be aware that the breakfast portions are very small and over priced. Guest should be informed. I think the cost for complimentary breakfast here is way too expensive."

"Guy's Restaurant, (breakfast & dinner) service staff awesome. Food rating 2.5 to 3 star. Guy needs to make a visit. (LOL) Room was beautiful, very clean, and all amenities were great. "

"I booked a solo trip here for my 22nd Birthday, 3 nights. Everything was amazing. My deluxe room was clean & spotless. The view was immaculate . The staff were very friendly and attentive. I even called down to the front desk so someone could zip my dress up for my dinner & She came immediately and helped. The outdoor pool was clean and nice. The designs and interior did it for me. I love the blackout curtains & moody style it gave. The only thing I disliked was no microwaves :( lol . 10/10 though still, I recommend this & will be staying more often. "
