"The place was great. The people at the front desk, bell staff and housekeeping were the best and most helpful. Our stay was near the end of the season so the restaurant was understaffed and a little slow. On the other hand there are so many great places to eat within short walking distance it didn't really matter. Highly recommended. Next time I will split time between here and old Chania."

"Hotel is new and in great condition. Spacious room, large bathroom, great balcony only a few meters from the crushing waves. Wonderful restaurant right on top of the waves. Two beautiful pools, one of them overlooking the sea and only a few meters away from it. Great beach right in front of the hotel, ultra long beach to walk either way. Only downside is the breakfast ; although it gives the basics that you expect, it does not offer any local delicacies. "

"From the time we entered the reception, Sofia was amazing, the restaurant staff and checkout personnel also amazing. Our flight got delayed and thus we arrived later than expected and the hotel offered complimentary breakfast for our stay which helped get our vacation back on track! Near restaurants and shops and lots of parking! Loved every secod of our stay! Kudos to the Team, they are experts at customer service!"

"Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel à taille humaine, parfaitement adapté aux familles. L’emplacement est idéal, le personnel très gentil et toujours disponible. L’hébergement était propre, fonctionnel, même si les équipements restent assez basiques. Gros plus : la facilité pour se garer, et la machine à laver mise à disposition, super pratique en vacances ! Nous avons passé un très bon moment et recommandons cet établissement sans hésitation."

"Dejlig frodig have med palmer og smukke blomster, der har ikke været noget at sætte en finger på. Dejlig stor pool. Dejlig udsigt vi havde både over pool og havet. Dejlig stille område med restaurenter og bager, og små supermarkeder i nærheden. Værten var sød og rar helt sikkert et sted vi ville komme igen. Pænt og rent. "The owners / managers (Kyriakos and Stavros) along with all the staff could not have done anymore for us. We received a room upgrade and the staff are so helpful with sorting of any issues / responding to queries. "We had a nice stay at Theo Hotel. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa, which comfortably slept 6 people and had its own pool. Customer service was top notch and the staff was very accommodating and caring. Giannis was really nice to me and my family and made sure we were taken care of at breakfast.
