"This is budget accommodation, so I wasn't expecting anything particularly special, but even so I was disappointed that this property got so many of the basics wrong. I was contacted in advance to be told that the property was managed by a third party booking agent and asking my arrival time. I responded to ask a couple of basic questions, which were ignored. "The location was good and not so far from the shuttle bus station (though you need to clime the hard slope or stairs). Air conditioning was really good and the room was comfortable. You can find the convenience store in five minutes' walk. The view from the terrace was really great. And, the cat was cute."
