Khách sạn gần Hồ Plum Orchard tại Mount Hope

"Excellent and friendly staff. Clean comfortable rooms. Only Continental breakfast."

"The probability is getting a little age, we have been going there, and they updated a few years ago, but it’s already showing age, I’m sure they have a lot of customers, however, I was very disappointed in the cost. They used to be a budget hotel now it’s a budget hotel without a budget pricing."

"Awesome place"

"Property isn’t bad. FANTASTIC parking lot if you have a larger vehicle or a trailer behind you. Hotel itself is older and showing some signs of being tired but kept in good shape. Only complaint was I waited 20 min for the front desk clerk to show up to check me in. She was no where to be found. Not exactly what one wants after 18 hours of driving."

"Good for a quick stop in Beckley"

"Great location and wonderful staff! Everyone was super friendly and went above and beyond to help, especially when I ran into a few unexpected issues during my stay. I truly appreciated their kindness and assistance and really enjoyed my stay."

"We really enjoyed the cabin we stayed in and the beautiful views that the property provided. However, we went to go get coffee on the morning of our checkout and we came back to the cleaning staff already in our cabin whenever we still had an hour left to checkout. So we felt like we were being pushed out whenever we were looking forward to coming back to drink our coffee on the back porch for the last hour of our stay. Thankfully, they were nice and did leave when we got back, but it still...

"I had room 524 on the fifth floor. Shower water never got hot and I waited a good five minutes. The air conditioning/heating system would not heat. The pillows were obviously very dusty as I am allergy sensitive to dust. In general, it seemed this room hadn’t been slept in in a while or had not been well cleaned. Very good breakfast! Desk service at check-in was not very friendly and very mediocre. Feel like I deserve a refund."

"We were in newer room. It there were in the middle of a remodel and the rest of the hotel was in rough shape. Room was clean."

"That was very clean updated I had no problem with those. The tissues were not in the bathroom and I have an allergy so I needed dose. Otherwise everything on the property was very good and I would recommend a Howard johnsons to anyone traveling through Beckley"

"The floor probably could have been swept a little better My husband found a marijuana gummy on the floor"

"The property was clean and convenient"

"Rooms dirty. Construction going on. Pool closed. Bad breakfast."

"The door lock was problematic, the bath tub didn’t drain, the bed coverlet had a stain on it, the light by bed was burned out and the plug did not work, there was a pretty significant leak in ceiling in hall to where carpet was wet. Overall the room itself was clean. But we will not stay again."

"Needs to renovate.."

"The place was very clean but front staff was not existent at all during check in and check out process,"
