"The apartment was clean overall and spacious, and the balconies were great with views of the golf course. Although I did not use it, the pool looked a good size and was popular with other guests. Plenty of free parking. Helpful staff the only slight negative is that there were ants in the apartment - which the hotel provided a ant spray. "

"The garden suites are way more spacious than they appear online. We stayed for 10 days and were extremely comfortable! We had everything we needed in the kitchen; it was very well equipped. The housekeeping team kept it looking spotless.
The food at the various restaurants was mostly excellent; service can be pretty slow and the food is very pricey. But that was one of the benefits of staying in the suites; you had the option of cooking at home. The pools and beach are lovely. We never had...

"Very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel sent us a WhatsApp message after checking in which had useful information about the services and restaurants and said we could message if any questions which was nice. Pool was nice and beach a short walk - perfect for our family stay with 3 teens."

"The Portuguese were awesome!! Lovely people ❤️
The only issues were with some employees from the country of MGM owner. Some were rude and not professional. I think this hotel should focus on hiring the bests - portugese - and avoid bringing workwrs from MGM owner native country."

"The location is really nice and quiet. Short walk to near by restaurants and supermarkets. Prices are reasonable outside the resorts and I would not say the resorts prices are expensive. There are a variety of places to snack and drink.
Plenty of things to do for the kids at the pool and playgrounds (football ground, ping-pong, pool tables etc…)
The staff is very welcoming and it makes the stay very relaxed.
The room is very spacious and fully kitted and very clean. The beds are comfortable...

"Malgré de mauvais avis je n 'ai pas été déçue , bien sur il y aurait besoin d'un peu de rénovation surtout au niveau salle de bain mais plutôt une bonne impression , nous avons passé 11 jours agréable , proximité de la mer à moins de 10 minutes à pieds et piscine propre ."
