"The service was outstanding. In particular, Luke at the front desk provided exceptional service, giving us site seeing tips and restaurant recommendations. He was so friendly and really stood out for us. Housekeeping did a fantastic job. Very high standards for cleanliness. The pool area was beautiful and we particularly liked the dj. I would say that there were not enough beds, as it was mostly cabanas that you have to pay for. Only two cabanas were rented, so it was a waste of space in my opinion. Breakfast was good, particularly the breakfast burrito and honey lavender latte. Location is great, very central. Emilio and Mikayla also really stood out for exceptional and friendly service. The gym was great with lots of equipment. We would definitely recommend and return."

"For the prices of the rooms and location from Universal Studios it’s definitely above average. We were surprised at how clean and nice the rooms were. Just found difficulty with dealing with the front office. When it came time for check out which is at 10am we arrived early in an attempt to extend our stay but were met by the gardener who was super friendly btw. He had informed us the one actually running the property wouldn’t be in until 12pm so we just booked somewhere else down the road for cheaper. But overall a decent experience"
