This incredibly affordable little hotel looks like it came right out of the 60s, which, I am sure, was when it was built. Tucked into a small, quiet neighbor hood, just off Sunset Blvd, it is within walking distance of the Fonda Theater, Hollywood Blvd, and just a short drive from the Chinese Theater and Griffith Observatory, Maid service everyday! How often do you see that now? The room was better quality than some of the fancy hotels and lodges that I've stayed at in the UK. No cracked/stained tiles, no leaky shower, a toilet with what I swear has jet-assisted flushing! I had a lovely time and would definitely choose to stay here again.

The place was worth the money in all honesty. The bed was comfortable, the A/C worked perfectly and kept us cool throughout our 2 night stay. The only complaint (not really a big deal at all) we couldn’t access any of the streaming services on the TV due to it saying we weren’t authorized to access the streaming services. Other than that everything else met expectations!

Location was a huge plus, and we were quite happy with the room overall. The beds were comfy, the finishes were fresh and clean. Maybe even new, such that the only things missing were more hooks and shelves. Fantastic shower. Very friendly and helpful staff, very accommodating. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Comfortable clean room with easy check-in! We overall felt very safe. It’s a short to the Palladium, plus Roscoe’s is right between the two spots! I would definitely stay here again when planning to attend a show at the Hollywood Palladium.

Beds had burns in the sheets, its smelled heavily of smoke in the room and especially the bathroom. Just one roll of toilet paper so it ran out pretty quickly. Parking was good, no problem finding a space would only say it’s a little bit of a sketchy area just because it’s more into an alley and not the street.

Nice hotel! Close to mostly everything and a short drive to downtown. Only thing I can say is that the construction across the street was a bit noisy and they start early in the morning, wish they could advise guests either on their website or somewhere that there is construction right across which is pretty close to the rooms. Other than that great staff, quick and easy check in!

You definitely get what you pay for. There was parking spots on a Saturday around 6pm so that was good. There’s almost never anyone in the office. The room was dusty the towels had hairs and you can hear everyone. Their sign said cash deposit but they didn’t ask me for one. Location was convenient it’s fine for a one night trip.

Great location

Easy parking, great location, clean rooms. Only issue I had was a 200 dollar cash only deposit so I had to use the on site atm with a 4 dollar fee, not a big deal but the listing showed credit only deposit so it was unexpected. Overall a great hotel and modern rooms. Would recommend staying here.

A Great Home Base while in the City

All of the Staff are friendly like Family! After 1 stay they remember me and are so kind, as I have gone back 2 more times with another trip planned for next weekend. So convenient to EVERYTHING! Simple in a complex city!!
