"This is NOT a 4 star hotel. The room smelled funny when we walked in. Noticed spots on the floor. Found the floor was filthy. Tried to call front desk and the phone didn't work. Walked to front desk and got housekeeping to clean floor. Guest services followed up by text. Poor communication. Never got a chance to talk to a person. Girl at front desk tried to help best she could. No manager to speak to. Lounge chairs by the pools were well worn and splitting. Walking the property at night we...

"our second time. we had to wait a few hours for our room to be ready, and the room they gave us was next to some noisy partygoers. had to complain the next day to ask for another room elsewhere and they eventually moved us, but only after alot of prodding.
The vibe and atmosphere was different, so we will try a different property next time"

"This is a great place just minutes away from Key West proper. The rooms are nice (at least, ours was), the staff was very pleasant and helpful, and the property is well-maintained. Parking is in a gravel lot adjacent to the buildings and very close to the lobby, elevators, and restaurants. We did not use any of their resort amenities, so I will not opine on their quality. I will note that you need to add the daily resort fee to your room charge and tax to estimate the daily rate for staying...
