"This property really is the perfect hotel. The staff, the food, the view it’s all just lovely. The only negative me and my partner could find was the lack of vegetarian options on the restaurants menus. Staying in other hotels of this this standard they would look to make items off the menu as a vegetarian dish, this wasn’t offered. "

"The staff is excellent and exceptionally helpful. Special thanks to receptionist Dini, buggy driver Sanjeev, trip coordinator Melanie, and the wait staff who remembered everything about us. Met some delightful people.
The grounds are lush and beautiful. Temperatures of air and ocean are ideal (Oct.).
Caution for those who have difficulty with stairs or long walks. There are workarounds, but they require golf carts (“buggies”) to be called."

"Magnifique hôtel sur une belle plage avec des installations superbes. La végétation y est luxuriante et les deux piscines tops. Seul bémol un problème avec les restaurants. Nous ne sommes venus que deux jours mais il fallait réserver les restaurants du site (il y en a 5) très à l’avance. Le premier soir de notre arrivée nous n’avons pas pu dîner sur place car tous étaient complets et il n’y a que très peu d’autres alternatives autour.
Le personnel est très accueillant . Le petit déjeuner...

"Great hotel in the heart of Port Louis. Rooms are large and well-equipped. The staff are extremely helpful, relaxed and professional, they make you feel welcome for sure. The hotel restaurants are good and in the immediate area around the hotel there are lots of cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended!"

"The staff were amazing and very helpful especially with my son who has severe learning disabilities and is nonverbal. They accommodated each and every request for him which made such a difference for us. Such a welcoming and inclusive hotel and staff. The team at the Palm Court restaurant for breakfast and dinner were beyond brilliant - managing our timings and needs for him on demand. 10000% brilliant, cannot wait to come back! Thank you everyone for an amazing trip xx"
