"It’s like staying in a miniature castle in France - I live nearby and saw this beautiful home get transformed into La Maison Rose. It is a magical gem of a B&B in Hudson. The room was spotless, the blackout curtains are fantastic, the little balcony in the morning with coffee watching the sunrise was unbeatable (Room 3). It’s modern where it needs to be (shower back ring controls which shower head, rain or handheld, front ring the temperature), while other features are high quality authentic antiques, books, furnishings, decor. I must have over a hundred photos I took that would convince anyone we were in Paris visiting Le Louvre. The welcome was exceptional, the staff is discreet, helpful, and knowledgeable. Don’t miss the gourmet breakfast option, we had a beautiful sunny morning and were able to sit on the covered porch in comfy wicker chairs. The service is 10/10. Those croissants are the best in town. We are antique lovers and this place scratched that itch, my daughter whose 14th birthday we were celebrating there wants to return each year. Best B&B in Quebec, and I’ve stayed at many in my 40 years here. We can’t wait to return."
