"Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. Underground parking was a nice feature."

"The location was great and we were able to walk everywhere. It took a while to check in as our room wasn’t ready at the 4pm check in time so we were a bit disappointed. We stayed for 3 nights and had very minimal cleaning done each day. We never got new coffee mugs or glasses and dirty plates were still left in our room. For the amount we paid, we expected more."

"When we arrived the room hadn’t been cleaned from the last guest, it was disgusting. The cleaner came and cleaned after we contacted the owner, we asked for a full refund as it was not what we paid for pictures did not represent the apartment well. The only saving grace was the owner being so kind and understanding."
