Allgemein ist der ganze Service schlicht ausgedrückt eine Katastrophe. Sehr schade, denn eigentlich könnte es eine schöne Anlage sein. Aber so...

"The parking was easy. The hotel is nicely situated but a little on the older side. The one restaurant I was refused service but without an explanation as the serving staff didn’t see to speak English well. The buffet was adequate in the other restaurant but wasn’t what I was looking for. I wasn’t in the mood for a mass feeding experience."

"My reservation was for a “Deluxe Double Room, Balcony, Lake View.” We arrived late, and we were very surprised to wake up without a lake view. Why did we receive a different room? no one answered. I do not recommend it. "
