"Parking was conveniently outside the hotel entrance and we were greeted in the lobby. Our check-in was quickly finished and our breakfast (s) and needs for the next couple of nights recorded. Fantastic room with modern and useful amenities. The structure of the original brick building with custom designs in each room. Quiet and cozy with beverages and snacks for guests. Five star restaurant across the street with many downtown eateries within walking distance. Perfect hotel to enjoy Wooster. "

"The room was discusting, dirty sheets and towels, tub was filthy and I walked on the floor in my bare feet and my feet turned black. The owner charged me $30 per night extra for my dog, not mentioned anywhere on the web site and $15 for "incidentals" whatever that means."

"Not the best...and not the worst. Reserved King room with sofa bed. When I got into my room, there was no sofa bed, just a chair. Went back to the front desk and requested room with sofa bed. Owner said that there were none available...they were taken. After pointing out that the parking lot was empty, and other discussions, he came up with a room with a sofa bed. (there were only a few guests that stayed at the hotel that night) The room was OK. It was clean but the bed had a huge lump in the middle and very uncomfortable. Mattress seemed worn out and every time you rolled over in the bed, it clunked. The legs on the tv were broken and it leaned back. I put soap bars under it to hold it up. The pool area was nice. It was good to be able to relax in the pool after being in a vehicle for 12hrs. Breakfast was ok...I've had worse at nicer hotels. All in all, It was a cheap hotel and I guess you get what you pay for. Ok for one night, but I won't be going back if I am back in the area."
