"The staff is always friendly. The beds are comfortable. Nice pool and hot tub. The room seems clean but could use some updating. Housekeeping does what they are told to do but don’t expect extra toilet paper, towels or a full box of Kleenex. Also the shampoo and conditioner have never matched scents😏. ..."

"The sauna was a nice surprise and the pool and hot tub were both open (unlike those in many hotels). It's an older place but very well maintained and we were quite impressed. We'll definitely use it whenever we visit Steven's Point in the future."
