"After all the hype of this property our expectations were not met. There appears to be a lack of attention to detail. Floor of our room was ‘grimy’ and had not been cleaned to the standard expected. Dirty bed linen and insufficient towels or water to cater for the number of booked guests. Breakfast was exceptional as were the breakfast staff. Wait staff in the pool deck were often hard to find. "I’m sure this review will contradict those previous, but basically I did not like this place straight from arrival. The manager/desk man was condescending, we had to wait for our room, the room was basic in the extreme, poor quality bedding and towels, an ancient bed and threadbare mattress. The room had thin walls with a lot of noise from next door. Ordering food had a 45 min delay, although the (very basic) eating area was deserted. We did not stay at this hotel, we moved elsewhere locally, same price, much better. "
