"Terrible stay one room was given had broken bed second room replacement had broken tapes no hot water not as advertised no toilet roll had to ask several times lucky always carry some and this was through out whole hotel staff didn't seem to want to know about issues or care only stayed as didn't ..."

"The room was was clean and tidy, the desk drawer handle broken and very little table surface. Said was parking until you reserved then said minimal parking available, but parking is available elsewhere"
