"They advertise that they have a pool, there is no water in it in the middle of the summer, they advertise free wifi/ high speed Internet, they have no wifi at all. We go to check in and we're told there was a deposit. At no time anywhere were we told that there would be a deposit.si cough up more money or lose everything already invested.
