We received a room upgrade (Thank you 🙏) staff at reception were lovely and attentive, room was great good view of lake and Polynesian Spa too (which we also took advantage of). We used the pool facility often which was so handy! Room service was good ..."

"For the price it was great value. A bit dated but they are currently doing upgrades, it would have been nice to have USB &/or USBC ports for recharging devices. The staff did supply us with a converter at no charge. The staff were impeccable, very friendly, very helpful."
