The hotel was amazingly beautiful, piano playing in the sitting room was elegant. Cake hour was fantastic! The rooms were well appointed and the service was excellent! The best hotel I’ve stayed at in Europe!

The hotel is absolutely first class in every way. The share beauty of the hotel along with the extremely friendly and helpful staff made for ann enjoyable stay. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated along with being meticulously clean. The breakfast as well as the restaurants at the hotel were outstanding. I recently had an amazing stay at this hotel, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The views from our room were breathtaking, providing a perfect backdrop for our vacation. Each morning, we were greeted by stunning sunrises that set a positive tone for the day ahead. Dining Experience The restaurants within the hotel were equally impressive. Each meal was a delightful culinary adventure, showcasing both local and international cuisine. The variety of options ensured that there was something for everyone, whether you were in the mood for a casual bite or a more formal dining experience. The quality of the food was outstanding, and every dish we tried exceeded our expectations. Staff and Service What truly made our stay memorable was the friendly and accommodating staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met. From helpful recommendations on local attractions to prompt service during meals, their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Hotel charmoso mas muito deficiente nos serviços. Praticamente inexiste room service, recepção do hotel deficiente e as vezes até mesmo rude, estrutura para locomoção a outros lugares, em especial St. Moritz deficiente, em geral um hotel comum em termos de serviços.

O hotel é agradável, bem estruturado, porém a equipe de atendimento em especial da recepção, com rara exceção como, por exemplo as senhoras Lione e Larissa, está aquém daquilo que o hotel se propõe como sendo da rede Relais Chateau. Atendimento frio e desorganizado, nesse quesito precisa melhorar muito para estar entre os melhores hotéis da região de St. Moritz.

Super freundlicher Service. Tolles Frühstück. Sehr schöne Infrastruktur. Wir waren nur eine Nacht und hatten ein Standardzimmer im ersten Stock. Leider waren die Betten nicht so toll. Die Matratzen waren uns etwas zu hart und die Kopfkissen etwas zu dünn weshalb wir nicht sehr gut geschlafen haben. Wir kommen aber gerne noch einmal, dann aber in einer anderen Zimmerkategorie.

sehr schönes Hotel mit Tradition

wir waren zu einem privaten Bergblütenfest eingeladen,die Organisation des Hotels war hervorragend ,Personal sehr freundlich und kompetent.Ein sehr schönes traditionsreiches Haus,das wunderbar renoviert wurde. Es ist eine Reise wert.
