"A very different experience, a shame it was November so the weather wasn't great, but still a great experience. Would definately recommend flip flops for the bus stop showers, as that floor was a tad painful. And a shame the shower with a view had suffered in the last freeze, would be great in summer. Will consider a revisit in warmer weather if we need a place to stay in the area in the future."

"Amazing stay everyone so friendly we always keep going back . Full use of facilities ! Pool and spa areas were so clean. Room was perfect. Although need bigger coffee cups 😄 and couldn't find drinking water or bottle water to buy. Was a lot of confusion due to booking club room with Expedia check in they say have free breakfast and then get to breakfast in morning ...... £25 for two because you didn't book directly through village was a bit annoying because we'd already eaten it. Won't stop us revisiting though just won't boo"

The room is cleanliness and comfortable although the sound proof is a bit under expectation, luckily most of the customers are self repected. "This is the second time we have used this hotel and we will return. The hotel is on the outskirts of Swansea but it is easy to access the city. The room and ensuite are in good condition and clean and comfy. Breakfast is included in the price and there is a reasonabe choice of food available. All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Shane in particular was extremely helpful i giving us information restaurants in the city"
