"You could tell that they have tried to update the property but still needs a lot of work! For me it was the smoking rooms, even though ours was non-smoking you could smell the next room over smoking through the joining door, which I was very unhappy with!!"

Front desk personell not very professional - in the morning while I was trying to eat my breakfast they were having personal conversations discussing another employee loudly enough to be hear all over the lobby and breakfast room."

"An interesting and stylish hotel in a good location. The room was quite narrow, but it was fine for a single night. The room was reasonably clean. Standard breakfast: eggs and bacon, plus fruit salad and waffles. Parking is available either in a nearby parking garage or via valet service."

"Had no air conditioning in my room / everytime we went down / no clerk was available to help / room was over 75 degrees- garbage was overflowing everywhere outside - had massive amount of raccoons outside!"

"The breakfast was honestly subpar, with minimal choices and very weak coffee with prepackaged creamer, that really wasn't creamer, or milk, which made it for a less than appealing cup of coffee. The choices only listed half equipped home fried potatoes, a taco bar with overly salty meat. Eggs that were somehow overcooked and undercooked at the same time. There were also sausage links that were fairly dried out and extremely salty."

We were doing this weekend trip to celebrate our 25 wedding anniversary. So went directly up to our room and there was a dog barking constantly beside our room. "Cute, comfortable, cozy, clean and so close to Main St, stores, trail, great restaurants and beautiful Reedy Falls Bridge and park. Just a great place with everything fresh for bfast and snacks. We loved the Swamp Rabbit Inn!"
