"Clean room with ample space. Kitchen facilities were quite good which included a coffee maker, kettle, stove top, refrigerator. The only thing I would have liked would have been a microwave. Located close to the water with many restaurant offers close by. Felt safe walking around at night. I'd highly recommend this property."

"This is a very sweet place to stay in Perdika, only a 10 minute walk from the harbour, restaurants and small beach. The room was comfortable and clean and was refreshed daily. Although the two rooms we booked hadn’t been set up as requested, that was swiftly and kindly rectified by the staff (worth noting though that we booked a twin room for our teenagers which ended up being a double bed and a pull out trundle bed). "Beautiful. We spent 5 nights here as a party of 4 adults. The accommodation had plenty of room for us all and was well stocked - including a few store cupboard essentials. Our host was there to greet us and was brilliant if we needed anything. A good quiet base for Porto Heli, Spetses and Ermioni."
