"The hotel was wonderful! It is in a great location, wonderful staff and fun vibe. The beds are very comfortable. There could be a bit more counter space in the bathroom, but the showers have lots of hot water. I love the complimentary mini bar, g&Ts and continental breakfasts. I would highly recommend staying here. It is a lovely experience!! "

"I had a wonderful stay at the OBH. The staff are brilliant and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. You are right opposite Cotesloe beach which is stunning. Right next door it a cool and chilled out pub with great food. Around the corner is a laundramat if you are staying longer. Very accessible to Perth centre and Freo, or further afield if you rent a car.. I enjoyed it so much that I have already booked my flight and accommodation there for next year (Feb 2027). Shout out to the staff at both the hotel and the pub next door, brilliant people. "

"The tents are beautiful and specious inside. Bed was quite comfy as were the pillows. You can open the zips/windows on the tent to let the airflow through and there is a fan to keep it cool. As its on the beach is is windy and was nice a cool at night anyway. Bathroom is specious with two sinks and a large shower. The only things we didn't love were the fact there is no door on the bathroom and there is only a glass door for the toilet with a large opening/gap at the top so if you need use the toilet, there is absolutely no privacy. Also the shower heads need replacing on the bathroom. The main shower/rainfall head is ok, but the spray hose is rusted and falling apart. There was also a bit of grime in the corners on the shower. The kitchenette is great. Has a sink, mini fridge, pod coffee machine, microwave, kettle, washing up equipment, a small milk and water in the fridge, a variety of tea and coffee. It's also quite noisy with many families and young kids around who do wake up early. Fine if you're an early riser, but if you want a sleep in, don't count on it. Breakfast wasn't amazing. Everything was very dry and overcooked, so wouldn't reccommend the breakfast of it's an optional extra you can choose. There is a Webber on the balcony of the tent which looked clean and in good condition so would recommend buying food from the store and cooking yourself. Balcony is also very spacious with a good table and lounge on it. Very relaxing sitting watching the ocean "
