Basic amenities available: the room was equipped with essentials (bed, towels, bathroom facilities). Cons No staff present at reception upon arrival, leaving guests unsupported. Poor communication before arrival: no prior notice that check‑in was only via machine and card, despite request to pay in cash. Unpleasant arrival experience: forced to wait outside in the rain after an exhausting trip. Payment difficulties: inability to pay in cash caused unnecessary stress and delay. Some Cleanliness issues in the room: some hair found on sheets and pillow, towels not perfectly clean. Overall Impression The stay began with significant frustration due to lack of staff presence, poor communication, and cleanliness concerns. However, the hotel did make an effort to address the complaint by offering breakfast, and the morning staff’s friendliness helped restore some comfort.
