"They made me upgrade from a city view to a Falls view charged more than what I would see on Expedia and instead of two queen beds that I had originally booked they ended up giving me one king bed for a family with a four-year-old. Also, they were apparently changing management from April 1, 2026 and that caused a ton of chaos that weekend we were there for March break. Only three out of the five elevators were operational, which felt like a total chaos throughout our 2 nights three days stay. It would take us 20-30 minutes to get to our floor and we ended up taking stairs for most of our stay. The wait was that bad. They also did not post on Expedia that their fitness centre was closed. People like me who would like to go to the gym every morning and one of the major considerations for booking this hotel was the gym and the fitness center, and that was closed throughout our stay. in all it was a pretty disappointing stay.
