"No concierge on site, you are relying on technology (email) for all the information relating to the check in process. "A great, family friendly spot to base yourself for days out exploring Port Douglas. Very helpful staff, smooth check in and check out. A little bit dated but very spacious and had everything we needed. The pool was a hit with the kids. An easy walk to the beach and a little further to town. Would stay again."

"Walls are paper thin. Can hear alarms and talking through of room next door. But great location, pool was nice and like the shared kitchen area. Rooms spacious and clean and modern. Never received email with details to access room. Had to go through emails to find contact number but once I called them the pin was sent through within 30 seconds"

"The property is not a guest resort, its more like a block of units with a few guest rooms, we were kept up by a resident for 2 nights with them screaming & swearing until 12.30pm for 2 nights. It was almost a police matter. The manager made out he was unaware of the problem but it is very hard to believe. I spoke to other residents & they told me it is common for this to occur. Will never stay there again"
