"We really enjoyed our stay at the Peppers. Our room was clean and spacious. The pool area was lovely, but it was not a heated pool so a little cold to go into in July. Breakfast was okay. A good variety of options and fried eggs can be cooked to order. Cleaning of our room during our stay could’ve been better. It was really only a service to change towels, make the bed and empty bins. "The room was super spacious, big comfy bed, really nice bathroom, had everything we needed and there was a pool! Also, there was a shared kitchen next to the pool, if you wanted to go all out and cook your own food, otherwise, you had the necessities in your room. Super lovely staff also, very friendly and lovely to talk to."

"We stayed in a beautiful 3 bedroom Villa. It was perfect for our family of 7. Hotel staff was wonderful. Great looking property and fabulous pool area. Location is less than ten minutes from central Port Douglas. Access to the beach. We will definitely return for a longer stay!"

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. We arrived, anticipating an attractive and heated pool. We discovered a very dirty, shabby out of date pool that was cold. After much communication with Expedia, the owners of the hotel turned up the temperature on the pool.
