"Lovely spacious room, enjoyed the lounge area and Vista for dinner. The spa was amazing will definitely be back. Friendly staff and nice breakfast"

"2 huge and very comfortable beds with loads of pillows. The reception and dining staff were all lovely and the food way above our expectations. Our stay was all too short (early flight) but our experience was very good indeed. My one suggestion is to include your excellent little walking map between the airport terminal and the hotel in the booking receipt. It's not that easy to find on a cold dark night"

"FOR: All 100% perfect inc booking-in, reception staff, luxury rooms, breakfast & evening meals, staff serving and outside areas. Can’t get any better than that! Didn’t use any amenities.
AGAINST: Told to enjoy when booking in December newly refurbished Orangery restaurant. Looked really beautiful in photo but when arrived end Feb it was still like a building site, so a bit misleading. Would love to go again when Orangery Restaurant opens. "

"Lovely welcome. Room was so much bigger than we thought. VERY comfortable bed. Lovely bathroom with good shower and deep bath, good choice of showering items.
Spa area was good and plenty things to use. Also first time we’ve seen no mobile phone signs up so was nice to chill, loved the heated beds.
Dinner was nice, staff helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was good but a little more choice would’ve been better. The poached eggs on toast looked minimal on the big plate.
Only issue no fridge in room...

"Room was spacious and spotlessly clean. All staff encountered were very nice and friendly. Car park on rooftop of shopping centre was easy to access and navigate. Only one of the two lifts was functioning, hopefully it can be fixed quickly, as access from the car park was at level 2 and reception is on top floor level 12."
