"No hot water for two days. Internet was terrible for three days before it was finally fixed. Great breakfast, senior staff, e.g.. Grace and Henry (IT) were fantastic, but front staff were unsmiling. Room service took. an hour to come and food was cold and had to be sent back. Many maintenance issues like door knobs falling off, and no soap in the showers etc. Overpriced for the service, but the hotel looks pretty in the foyer. "My time here was great, the management and staff were wonderful. First there was a mix up in my reservation with orbitz and my flight came in earlier than check in time. The assistant manager personally still checked me in and the staff were great. I love the safe in the rooms so I knew my money and documents were safe. The breakfast was great. I had a wonderful 2 nights at this hotel and will definitely recommend it to a friend."
