"When I checked in to my room for a three day stay, there was still food in the fridge from previous guests, I assume. The housekeeper didn’t clean my room on the second day, when I phoned the front desk to ask why, they asked if I had the “do not disturb” sign on the door, my response was no, I don’t have one of those signs for the door. I was in town for business, and the room did not have a desk for me to work from. Apparently this is common in a pet friendly room. Please do better prestige, perhaps live up the name of your hotel. "

"Was given an adjoining room that had almost no sound proofing. Could hear full details of the conversations next door. Was up super late as a result. Got a new room the next day with no further difficulties. Will be back but be aware sound highly carries. A lot of the rooms are noisy. "

"Room was dirty, there is no way you could tell me the sheets were changed since the last visit. No elevator. Pictures on the sites did not match reality. Not enough towels Avoid this place!!!!! "

"A charming place by the water Because of some miscommunication we only stayed one night out of our planned 4 days but not their fault and they went over and above to make sure we were refunded from Expedia. Next time book direct. We will certainly stay next trip to Rupert to visi family "
