Great hotel in the heart of Port Louis. Rooms are large and well-equipped. The staff are extremely helpful, relaxed and professional, they make you feel welcome for sure. The hotel restaurants are good and in the immediate area around the hotel there are lots of cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Overcharged bill, wrong room service order delivered, 45 mins wait for a soup at the restaurant, elevators not working for entire hotel……long list of issues in just 2 days of stay at this hotel that I have not faced in past 20 years of travel. The hotel is a business hotel in a convenient location. The restaurants are terrible and service is sub par. Additionally amenities such as the mini bar, were never stocked, so one had to order room service. So in general, it is not good value for the money.

What a brilliant hotel - the room was amazing, the hotel was absolutely spotless but most of all, the staff were beyond amazing. They treated me as a friend, not a client. They knew me by name and remembered every day to ask me specifics about items I had told them the prior day. A faultless hotel. To top it off, delicious food from breakfast to dinner to anything in between with a view of the Port and the Waterfront Shopping Centre. A VERY SPECIAL shoutout to Sahai and Hurvin at the restaurant who went above and beyond as well as to the ENTIRE reception team who never failed in the caring and kindness.

The staff was lovely, I had come much earlier due to my flight and my room was available when I arrived. The room was beautiful, with great water views. The only downside was there was no shower gel when I wanted to shower late at night, had to use the hand soap! It was corrected early the next day. Breakfast was decent. Would have been 5 stars if not for the shower gel debacle. Will come back.

This was one of our best stays anywhere! The hotel is beautiful and the room better than the pictures. Located on the waterfront with shops and restaurants. The staff was helpful in everything we wanted. The breakfast buffet was delicious.
