"Thick dust on wardrobe shelves- got all over our clothes so had to wipe them all down. Lack of privacy on balcony and very loud noise from one of them with a group of men drinking. Beautiful views, gorgeous pool but weather not in our favour so didn’t use ."

"The staffs were very nice, friendly, welcoming and helpful. My room was dirty with lots of insects, the toilet was dirty. Breakfast with no eggs and ham. 12-15 minutes walk to town. "

"Clean and very friendly staff who helped us out with a late check-in. The only reason for the 4 stars is that it is a bi8t run down and would benefit from updated bed linens. "

"Das Zimmer war wie auf dem Foto, allerdings war es sehr stickig, da keine Luft zirkulieren konnte. Die Toiletten und Duschen waren in Ordnung, ähnlich wie auf einem Campingplatz. Die Küche war gut. Die Lage war auch super."

"It was a beautiful harbour view,nice clean pool and room. Close to shopping area, restaurant /cafes near by . 10 minutes walk to the port . Saff was very nice and helpful ."

"Location is fantastic, it was across the road from the venue of the event we were attending. The receptionist was lovely. The room was spacious and comfortable for our family of 5. Our only issue was parking space is limited."

"The room was very quiet and had a relaxing view of the lagoon and trees. Customer service, across the board, was friendly and they went out of their way to assist. Great location, very central and walking distance to most key tourist spots. No steep hills to climb like many other accomodation options in town. This is my second stay at the hotel and i would return again. "

"We had a great 3-night family stay at Whitsunday Terraces in Airlie Beach. The location is excellent—close to everything—and the views are absolutely stunning, which really made the trip special. That said, the kitchen and bathroom are quite dated and in need of an upgrade. The most frustrating part was the lack of WiFi in the rooms, which was a real inconvenience during our stay. Overall, a very enjoyable stay thanks to the location and views, but a few updates would make a big difference."
