"Great location, minutes from the train station. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Room could have used a dresser or chest with drawers for clothing. I would like to suggest that the hotel offer laundry service for customers. We had to find a laundromat on our own and spend time doing it. It would have been convenient to drop off the laundry at the front desk and have it done for us, at our cost."

"What can I say! An absolute delightful place to stay, probably the best hotel i've ever stayed at. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and everyone was super friendly and the room views were stunning. The facilities were 10/10 from the breakfast,pool,rooftop bar, Spa and the list goes on. Only a 5 minute shuttle to Sorrento so plenty to do and not too far from Postiano and Amalfi if you prefer to check those places out. Would highly reccomend anyone travelling nearby!"

"Lovely hotel with some stand out features; lobby and roof cocktail bars, pool area, lovely refurbished rooms and very friendly staff However, shower was weak and luke warm no complimentary water in rooms and you have to pay once you have used your 5 coffee pods ( not great for 2 people for 4 nights)! Overall though this a great hotel and would be happy to return. "

"Very clean rooms well equipped. Clean towels every day. Netflix and tv options good. Having free filtered water available on each floor whether hot cold sparkling was an added bonus for us. Pool area and grounds lovely with drinks and food very reasonable prices. Breakfast options good pastries, toast and hot options of bacon scrambled egg sausage and fresh fruit you hurts cereal - something for everyone. Would definitely return. "
