Only thing was we couldn’t find instructions for the cooker and to put the hot water on but we nipped over to reception and they were helpful (with the hot water and we worked out the cooker!!). "Communicated a number of issues with my one night stay to Hotels.com and the property did not respond to these issues. Issues mainly around the following: numerous large dirty carpet stains throughout apartment; toiletries of previous guests in bathroom (including toothpaste, shower gel, deodorant and hair spray); cardboard and sticky tape used to secure pipes in bathroom; various damage to furnishing including hole in blind and faulty blinds which could not be pulled up; dirty stains on...

"The house was gorgeous and very comfortable. We did have to download an app to get a precise location which was unexpected, but easy enough to use. The beds were very comfortable and the location beautiful. If you are looking for a rural retreat in order to explore the beautiful scenery, it's a wonderful choice! Word of warning: careful with the upstairs windows as flies like to congregate on them!"

"The property was great. It was a full apartment on the main drag, but surprisingly quiet. The WiFi was strong. The kitchen was fully stocked. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The TV had a lot of channel options. The points of contact were prompt at addressing any concerns. If we could afford it, we'd buy it ourselves."

"Spacious and clean country home. Plenty of room for our whole family. The Walking trails were nice with a grocery store nearby but don't miss out on a delicious meal at The Clachan."

"Such a beautiful place with wonderful owners. Lovely atmosphere just looking beautiful nature around the cottage. Barry and Kathleen were always available and even helped me find a trustworthy mechanic for a small problem with my car. Would definitely book again."
