"Housekeeping services were lacking. Had to ask for basic supplies on a daily basis. For example, coffee, coffee cups, toilet paper, tissues, etc. Some towels were stained and they were all worn out and needed to be replaced badly. When we arrived to our room, there was a half-full water bottle on the counter that someone had left. Location is excellent. Lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Overall, an okay experience."

"I thought the room was lovely, the staff were amazing and so kind. My only negative is that it was a little warm in our room. We tried lowering the thermostat but even set to 65, it did not feel like it at all. We were able to cool down enough."
