"For context, we stayed here as part of our honeymoon in Portugal, and it was by far the best place we stayed. The design of the hotel was beautiful. "Cons 1. Hairdryer was jammed when we checked in & the head had to be replaced as it was inoperable due to hair jammed into the head of the hairdryer. 2. The website says air-conditioned rooms but staff informed they are air cooled.The first night was very sweaty & uncomfortable to get sleep. Staff asked us to open the window for ventilation.This wasn't an option as this overlooks a highway & lot of traffic noise. 3. "Liked the cleanliness of the room, the breakfast choice was great! I didn’t like how the front door of the hotel main entrance opened… we hurt our fingers several times when opening it ! There was also a bad smell at certain times of the day in the hallway, especially near the laundry/breakfast area ( looked like a sewage smell)"
