"This hotel is a gem in Orvieto. Its location is excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The boutique property is very clean and classy, and the décor is unexpectedly unique, modern, and beautiful. The room was also very nice. I especially appreciated being able to step in from the street into a quiet, peaceful courtyard — the entrance is understated but classy. The breakfast offered each morning was excellent. I would gladly stay at this hotel again when returning to Orvieto."

"Sometimes it’s the little things that matter. Fausto truly cares that his guests have a smooth and comfortable stay. From the laundry, to coffee pods, paper towels, salt, olive oil the little stuff that when you’re traveling is impossible to constantly buy and lug around. The bed is firm and comfy, quality sheets, everything you need to cook at home if you wish. Total privacy. Easy walk into the city. Basically a gem. If get a chance to book a spot here don’t miss it! Thanks Fausto!!"
