"The apartment was very nice, very clean. The bathroom is immaculate! The building was not so much. The building is dog friendly, but the dog waste basket outside the entrance door was overflowing with dog waste bags. The smell was unbearable! Great location, you can walk to Little Italy and other nearby watering holes."

"This place is disgusting. This listing should be pulled when we arrived the smell of mold and sewer were sickening and the tv was on a wall with no outlet unae to be plugged in. The hose refised to respond and I have reported them to the city. There were bugs on floor and cigarette butts in drawers. It appeared they live there as there were clothes hidden in several closets and some of the diahes had food on them in the cabinets. "I am writing this review to share my experience with the room. Unfortunately, we were not happy with our stay. There was a strong foul odor that smelled like cigarette smoke, and the room felt very stuffy and congested. Since arriving, I also experienced itching and discomfort. We ended up not staying and tried contacting the host, but unfortunately were unsuccessful. However, we contacted Evolve and informed them of the situation.
