Simi was great at taking care of me with fresh towels. My request to two other ladies was not fulfilled even though i mentioned it twice over the span of two days. The older lady at the desk was great at helping me connect to the WiFi. I believe it was a Saturday morning.

Easy access, easy going, enabling more time to properly plan the day,eat and gamble!! And I won!! Staff was very accommodating and attentive. The locals are very friendly and seems to know most employees which, let's me know that everyone got your back. Awesome!!!!!😎

I booked a non-smoking room and was placed in a room that smelled like someone locked himself in there and chain smoked for a week straight. The staff was very helpful and placed me in a different room. It too smelled like previous attendees had smoked in that room but it wasn't nearly as strong ...
