"great stay, super easy access to CDG"

"Check in was a bit confusing. The room was okay. Could have been cleaner. Coffee machine did not work. Other appliances were dusty and greasy. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, shower was small. No maid service for being there for five nights. There was a power outage our last night there, the guy who runs the place ?? was incredibly rude when asked about when the power might be back on. Also on our last night we had someone repeatedly try and punch in their code to get into our room even though we said repeatedly that the room was occupied. This takes you back to the confusing check-in."

"All good except picking up the shuttle from CDG. Pretty much impossible to find the correct pick up point. I had called a couple weeks ahead of time, but was given incorrect info, so as a result we missed the last shuttle of the day and had to pay for a taxi. Fire alarm went off at breakfast, waiter said it was a mistake but took about 10-15 mins to get turned off - kinda' annoying."

"Stayed for. four nights. Overall very impressed with hotel. I booked this because hotels in central Paris were very expensive at the time I was visiting. The monorail took us to the main metro station located in the airport very quickly and conveniently every day. The breakfast was brilliant for an airport hotel. Fresh and with a good variety. Only negatives were a coffee machine that was broken in the room and the fact that the staff would only leave one teabag each day even though there were two of us staying there. Also the hand wash and body wash were down to the last bit when we arrived and were not refilled the following morning. We had to ask for more at the front desk."

"Well where do I start with this truly amazing place. Absolutely stunning, elegant and classy, yet so much cheaper than expected. The beautiful view from the room, we was on floor 22, and was able to see the Eiffel Tower , the room was so bright and clean , the beds were very comfortable, I loved the little uniqueness to the lifts using your room pass scan it at the lift and it takes you straight to your floor, we had dinner in the restaurant good sized portions that tasted amazing, breakfast so much choice , all staff were friendly, so much more to say, will definitely visit again and would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel."
