"Staff were lovely and could not have been more helpful throughout our visit. Breakfast was nice. Room was ok but bathroom was in urgent need of upgrade and we had no hot water. Please upgrade the pillows and put pillow protectors on. Was a musty smell in the room and it was extremely dark, but I think this was just down to the age of the property. We loved Monseraz and would consider staying here again, albeit in a different room type. "
