"Hands down, the 24hr shuttle to the Ramada was very nice to have. It was a long wait and the driver was nice. Once I got to the Ramada it was pretty nice and clean; I checked in after 11pm so I just wanted my room and a bed. The room was clean the bed was welcoming and the nice hot shower was relaxing. Only spent one night because I had to catch an early flight out the next day but the sleep I got was amazing. Will definitely be going back because the pool looked so good and refreshing."

"The parking situation is a bit confusing. Thank goodness I followed up with the front desk or my vehicle could’ve been towed while we we’re traveling."

"We traveled with 3 young children and they really enjoyed the pool, we had lots of fun! We were given a late check out which was great because the parents attended a conference that ended at noon!"

"Shuttle ran on Time. That was the most important thing for us on this property. Issue with out reservation though. For some reason showed cancel. Staff member worked through it "I hope" and was able to get us a room and should be able to release "the expedia" funds and not double charge me."

"Good customer service staff. Room was exactly what we wanted- just somewhere to sleep. The breakfast was good, but almost every day they ran out of items and couldn’t replenish the hot food bar, so it was a bit of a disappointment."

"This hotel was surprisingly very clean. Especially the bathroom! I loved how clean it was. And for the first time I didn’t have to use my room freshener spray to make the room smell nice because the room smelt amazing upon arrival. The staff were really helpful. Shoutout to Micheal for being so sweet on the phone and sweeter in person. It was a truly calming and peaceful two day trip for me. I’ll definitely come back again."

"The sofa bed smelled like urine all over it, also there were lots of gummies and candy wrappers all over the floor. They did give us a different room after complainning about it, but the tv didnt work in that room. I do not recommend satying here."

"breakfast buffet had waffle maker but when I asked if they had sugar free syrup. She said no. It is available at many hotels or restaurants. The grass around the hotel was high but I realize there has been a lot of rain. For my dog , we had to find an area of grass that had been recently cut for her to walk around in front of the hotel."
