"I stayed one night at RafJam with my mom. The property was gorgeous! There was a steam flowing through the side and rear or the property and had a cool dripping area and two mini falls. "My only hiccup was calling to confirm my reservation on the day before travelling up the hill - the first staff member was unable to confirm my reservation on the first attempt after I provided name but after calling the central office I was called back and informed that I was actually confirmed but was initially told I wasn't due to me saying I booked a suite vs a cottage, providing my name or confirmation number was not sufficient it seems.
