"Very basic rooms and unwelcoming reception staff: Swan tower Novo Hamburgo is said to be a 4 star hotel from the outside and in the lobby but it lacks the very basic room amenities such as a bathrobe, a pair of disposable slippers, an iron and a simple coffee jug- no 4am coffee lol unless you called over the phone (paid extra) and that would probably be a bother understandably. Bar looked amazing but it was a real struggle to get anyone to help. Always empty and unattended. Rooms were VERY basic...

"I had a good stay at this hotel. The room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good for me. The only thing I would change is having a coffee pot or at least some pour over equipment so you can make your own coffee. There is a gas stove to heat water, but no way to make coffee, although they provide coffee cups."

"Estadia boa, apesar do hotel ser antigo as instalaçoes estão bem conservadas e a limpeza no apto é boa, boa opção considerando o custo. A localização é boa, proximo ao centro e ao mercado central de Porto Alegre."
